Customer requires PA system hire and projection screen at Rope Walk, Birmingham
AVRent was contacted via our detailed on line quote form via a customer who required AV equipment for a conference event being held at The Rope Walk, Birmingham. Between 50 and 70 delegates were expected to attend the event who would be seated theatre style in the venue. The customer required a vocal PA system to cater for up to 70 people. In addition to this a wireless handheld radio microphone was also required to give the speaker freedom to move around the presentation area. The client was using a data projector to display a presentation via a laptop but needed to hire a 6’ projection screen. The customer would require delivery and installation of the AV hire equipment early on the morning of the event with collection in the afternoon. After further discussing the event requirements with the customer via email, a member of the AVRent team updated the information originally supplied by the customer and forwarded it to five Birmingham AV hire companies who can supply the required equipment to the event location.
