Plymouth AV Hire

The client contacted AVRent.co.uk as he wished to hire three 50” plasma screens to show the Americas Cup at his bar in Plymouth. Discussing his requirements over the phone, a member of the Audiorent team ascertained that one of the screens would be positioned in the bar area and two of the plasma hire screens would be positioned in a marquee adjacent to the main building. The data source would be a laptop which would be connected via a VGA cable to the plasma screen positioned in the bar. A VGA splitter and signal amplifier would be used to channel the same signal to the two plasma screens in the marquees. The customer required the equipment for a one week period with delivery and installation being carried out by the plasma screen hire company. Audiorent completed a quote form on behalf of the customer which was then sent to three plasma screen hire companies who catered for the Plymouth area.
